Brick-and-Mortar Requirement: To qualify for wholesale pricing, you need to have a physical store location. We’re currently not set up to work with online-only retailers. Stay tuned for an Affiliate Program launching soon designed for those who wish to partner without a Brick-and-Mortar.

Minimum Order Quantities: We require a minimum order of 3 units per product. This helps us manage inventory and provide the best service to all our partners.

No Zip Code Protection: At this time, we do not offer zip code protection. Our products are available to all our wholesale partners without geographical restrictions.

Payment Terms: Please ensure that all orders are paid in full at the time of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges: As we grow our small business, we're currently able to accept returns and exchanges only if the product is damaged. Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues, and provide us with confirmation of the damage.

Pricing and Discounts: Wholesale pricing is subject to change. We’ll notify you of any updates to our pricing or discount structures. To maintain consistency, we request that no products be offered at a discount unless Mini Mahjer is running the same promotion or discount. This helps ensure fairness across all our retail partners and promotions.
