I was under the impression that it was a mini travel set. I bought for a cruise and international and was hoping to take on the plane with me. It is very heavy and I can’t use it. Hoping you will allow me to return it

When ready to ship, our game set weighs around 7 lbs 5 oz. The game itself was designed with travel in mind. It includes a soft neoprene mat (just under 20' x 20') that easily rolls up for packing, tiles that are thin, lightweight, and easy to handle, and racks that sit flat to reduce bulk and slipping compared to traditional racks. However, I completely understand that the set may not have been what you were hoping for.

It is good but not worth the price. Wish I could just get the cards and use my own tiles that I already have.The tiles are cheap but the cost is high.

We completely understand that value can feel different for everyone, and we wanted to gently clarify a couple of things that may be helpful. You can purchase just the Mini Mahjer cards on their own (or as part of a starter set) and use them with tiles you already have! Our tiles are intentionally designed to be lightweight and easy to handle, making them especially approachable for beginners, kids, and travel. They measure 1' x 1.5', so they’re large enough to see clearly while still being thinner and easier to manage than traditional mahjong tiles.
We completely understand if this game set isn't quite the right fit and can definetly help if you'd like to return it, just let us know!
