Considering I didn’t get them and got a cancel notice on UPS but never got my money back I’m not the biggest fan.

It appears a shipping label was accidentally created by our warehouse team for your order on 10/6 but later voided, so nothing has been shipped just yet.
We’re still waiting on our new shipment of tiles and racks to arrive, however we’re expecting it to land this Friday, 10/24! As soon as it does, we’ll get your order packed up and shipped out right away.
I also went ahead and cancelled the second order you placed and you should see a full refund reflected on your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
